    Jeff started building houses in 1995 shortly after establishing Benchmark Homes Ltd. His depth of knowledge in the construction business has allowed Benchmark to grow and become a leader in the residential and commercial development space.

    Office Manager

    Wendy has worked with Benchmark since 2000. She now enjoys being able to manage staff time to balance workloads. Wendy is the backbone of this office and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently!

    Project Manager

    Ken was Benchmark’s very first site superintendent, managing our Yorkson project in 2007. He has now built over 200 homes and is a go-to member of the team. His favourite part of the job is seeing a finished subdivision.

    Project Manager

    Amy started in 2010 doing odd administration jobs. With a perpetual smile on her face and positive attitude, she quickly worked her way up and now splits time between project management, bookkeeping and social media.

    Jarrod is a Project Manager and came to us in 2015 after graduating from TWU. He enjoys that he gets to be involved in all aspects of the business and is able to see projects from start to finish.

    Mat came to Benchmark in 2014 to superintend our first ever townhome project, Creekside. Mat’s passion for building and his attention to detail in the building process are attributes that make him a valuable member of the group.

    Dan came to Benchmark in 2014 with 13+ years of experience in the building industry. He has deep experience managing both residential and commercial build-outs and has constantly achieved great results during his time here.

We believe that a quality home extends well beyond the four walls it’s made of. It extends to our larger local and global communities.

Benchmark’s CEO has traveled to Haiti numerous times to help rebuild and establish a thriving school, improving the quality of life and education for many in the community.

At Benchmark, we also support local charities like Nightshift Ministries, Ishtar House and local food banks by running fundraisers and volunteering ourselves.

Over the years, we have also participated in charity fundraising through:
